Services
Heritage Context Advisory offers a structured guest observation system designed for historic hotels.
Every engagement begins with a 60-day pilot conducted under confidential service agreement. The system is calibrated to your property’s history, architecture, and guest profile.
60-Day Pilot Engagement
Investment: $3,000 (all-inclusive)
The pilot tests whether heritage observation data exists at your property and whether it’s actionable.
What YOU GET:
- Property-specific observation intake system
- Staff training (20 minutes total)
- Regular collection and data entry
- Pattern analysis across rooms and floors
- Progress updates throughout pilot
- Final intelligence report showing which rooms generate measurable heritage interest
- You keep all findings
The hotel’s operational involvement is limited to front desk form
distribution and intake. No additional staff time, technical infrastructure, or data management is required.
Even early data can reveal valuable insights to guide your next steps.

Monthly Engagement
Investment: $2,000/Month (optional, available after successful pilot)
Properties that complete the pilot and elect to continue receive a
fully operational ongoing intelligence system, continuous observation collection, monthly strategic briefings, quarterly executive reports, and year-over-year pattern analysis that compounds in value over time.
- – Ongoing observation collection and classification
- – Monthly strategic consultation and report
- – Quarterly executive reports with trend analysis
- – Ongoing access to the live intelligence dashboard
- – Annual heritage continuity report documenting the property’s
evolving experiential identity over time
In A NUTSHELL
Heritage Context Advisory does not validate, interpret, or attribute individual guest observations to specific causes or conditions. Pattern analysis and classification are applied to aggregate data only.
Is Your Property a Candidate?
Heritage Context Advisory works with a limited number of properties at any given time. Every engagement is confidential, and all data remains exclusively the property of the hotel.
